These terms govern the use of this website. They do not govern a partnership with ATELIA, which is set out in a separate written agreement, nor participation in a case, which is covered by its own terms issued to students and to the school.
What this site is
A description of ATELIA and of work produced on its cases. Where a figure comes from our own grading, it is recomputed from the source records and describes what has already happened, never a promise about what a future cohort will do.
Accuracy
We publish what we verified and we publish what we could not verify. Where a figure comes from our own grading, it is recomputed from the source records rather than retyped. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it and say that we did.
Use of the content
You may read, quote and link to this site. Reproducing the screenshots of student work, or a team's quotation, requires our written agreement — because it is not ours alone to give.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We may change or withdraw any part of it, and we make no commitment about uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of [jurisdiction, per the company's statutes], subject to the mandatory protections available to consumers.
